Terms and Conditions
Commissions are a way for me to fulfill your specific requests in exchange for monetary compensation in the form of a two-time PayPal payment. Please read the following terms and conditions if you intend on commissioning me.
Message me on any of the platforms listed above for any commission inquiry.
What I can make
I specialize in changing the visual appearance of characters. That includes: armor, clothing, accessories and jewelry. I can also modify hair, add any (vanilla) stats to the equipment and make weapons.
I do not accept refitting commissions but I can refer you to a modder friend who takes on refitting commissions (and is very good at it!).
I do not accept Head Preset commissions anymore as I do not enjoy sculpting faces very much and there are way more talented people suited to it.
The Process
1. You send me a message with a description of your commission.
2. I reply to tell you if I am willing to take on your commission.
3. If I accept, we iron out the exact details and scope of the commission together.
4. We agree on a price (see more about my rates below) and I give you a rough time estimate. It might take some time for me to quote you a price.
5. I send you a PayPal invoice and you pay half of the price upfront.
6. I start working after I have received the payment. I will send you updates when I make progress or need your input.
7. I send you the first version of the finished work/mod. At that stage, you can demand small modifications and give more feedback.
8. I work on the eventual modifications and do the final touch ups.
9. I send you the final version. At this stage if you want more modifications, additional fees will apply and we go back to the previous step.
10. If all is good, you have your mod and you send the second half of the payment.
Pricing
I do not have fixed rates.
My prices are based on the amount of work and skill needed to complete your commission. An easy and fast commission will naturally be priced lower than a commission that requires complex and time-consuming work.
I evaluate each request individually before quoting a price however there are general terms that apply:
- All my prices are in EUR (euros).
I have stopped using USD as I live in the EU and the conversion rates and fees have become too prohibitive for me.
- I offer a 10% discount (calculated from the base price) if you allow me to share pictures and renders of the commission online (on Patreon, Nexusmods or any website that I own).
- I offer an additional 20% discount (calculated after the above 10% discount) if you allow me to share the work/mod for download publicly (on my Patreon, Nexusmods or any website that I own).
- I will ask for 50% of the total price (after all discounts have been applied) to be paid upfront before I start working on your commission.
- I can agree to a payment plan of up to 4 installments (1 per month) for big commissions, in which case I will start working after the first installment regardless of if it covers 50% of the total price.
- If you change your mind while I am already working on your commission, additional fees may apply.
Refunds
If you have sent me the first half of the payment and I haven't started working on your commission yet (it happens when I have a waitlist), then you can be fully refunded if you decide you do not want to go through with the commission after all.
If I have started working on your commission, I can do a partial refund but will keep an amount equivalent to the price of the work I have already done.
Beyond a certain point, if the mod/work is almost done or finished, I cannot give any refund and will ask for the full payment (the second half). If you do not complete the payment, I reserve the right to release your commissioned mod to the public, as is.
